Ben Rooney

Kaine, Tapp, and Light’s supervisor, a gruff but caring soldier who takes the three trainees under his wing and instructs them in piloting. Often nicknamed “Umibōzu” by Kaine because of his large size and shaved head. Has a close relationship with Lt. Diane Lance.
