Kurama

Kurama is the eldest of the three children of Myoue and Koto. As a kid, because he wasn’t completely human, he was frail and wasn’t allowed to walk in the city. This became a luxury when he became able to in the City Through the Looking Glass. Despite having unstable connections with his siblings, he took the liberty of being in charge when their parents left, and ultimately formed the council of three along with his siblings, where he has full control and manages the city.
