One of Kaede Fuyou’s many stalkers and the Captain of the KKK, or the Knights of Kissy Kaede. He is often seen standing behind a light post, gnawing on a handkerchief and crying hysterically. He tries to introduce himself to Kaede, but fails, miserably.
