Guild master of West Wind Brigade (Nishikaze no Ryodan). He was popular with girls even before the Apocalypse. Because Shiroe declined his offer to join his guild, he was led to believe Shiroe didn’t like him. This is cleared up when Shiroe asks for his help.
Overskill: Clairvoyance - allows him to predict where the opponent would strike and thus parry or dodge it.
