Ishikawa

A mustached man who witnessed Akagi’s legendary mahjong battle with Ichikawa. He is the only yakuza member still around when the fake Akagi is brought to the group. He is the only one who doubts that this is the real Akagi. When he spies the real Akagi, he searches all over the city for him, along with Nangou.
