Katsu Itsuko is daughter of Katsu Kaishu and Daigoro Okuma’s love interest. She was angry at her father when she learns he disowned Daigoro as student and visited him in Kamiya house. Istuko was kidnapped by thugs under Okubo Tetsuma’s orders and saved by Kenshin Gumi.
