A famous opera diva found on the space station sending a distress signal.
It is found that she had died years ago, and that the program of the ship has taken over in her likeness, trying desperately to recapture her beloved. In doing so, the ship’s AI alters the appearance of things within the ship to conjure an illusion where the victim’s are happy.
