An original work in collaboration with XFlag. Director Hiroyuki Imaishi and scriptwriter Kazuki Nakashima are teaming again for the new project, which the staff mentioned will be similar in tone to Kill la Kill and Gurren Lagann — Imaishi and Nakashima's previous two collaborations. The key visual (left) was illustrated by Shigeto Koyama. The staff mentioned that they have been working on the project for four years.
