Utonberino

Utonberino was a Cardian sent by Ail and An. Her mission was to gather energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju.
She used a single chopstick as a weapon, and could also launch ropes of seaweed from her arm cannon, which she used to incapacitate Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Jupiter. However, Sailor Jupiter was freed by the Moonlight Knight, and proceeded to attack Utonberino with Supreme Thunder Dragon. As Utonberino prepared to attack once more, she was destroyed by Moon Princess Halation.
