Shinozaki

Shinozaki was an anime-only character who appeared in episode 49. He was Makoto’s friend from her old school who had helped her get through being rejected by her sempai.

He saved Makoto from a Cardian, but was badly injured in the process, and Makoto donated her blood at the hospital in order to save him. When asked, Makoto said that he was not her boyfriend, but he was someone even more important to her.
