TJ Livingston

TJ is Harvey’s younger brother who encounters Nadja and the Dandelion Troupe in France. TJ is a tough kid, but he has great affection for his older brother Harvey who raised him. Like most males that Nadja encounters, TJ develops a crush on Nadja, which of course creates a great rivalry with Kennosuke for her attention.
