I try to watch the anime but for some reason it doesn’t want to load and when i hover my mouse over it , It says that the video cannot be played.

It just means nobody uploaded it yet, on this site. You can use other sites to watch anime if it’s not available here.
The whole streaming thing is new and we don’t have a large amount of viewable anime currently.
