Border Headquarters Commander-in-Chief. A serious and strict person, and dislikes anyone who breaks the rules of Border, like Osamu did. Like most of his faction, he hates Neighbors and wants to kill them all.
Due to his actions, he is the main antagonist of the Black Trigger Retrieval Arc.
