A suicide bomber who came with Kuze and manages to gain access behind section 9, running inside the tiltrotor detonating his bomb, destroying the aircraft, killing two Section 9 operators, and seriously injuring Ishikawa. The loss of the tiltrotor removes any chance of Section 9 pursuing Kuze from above.
