Good Turtleland III

Good Turtleland III (or Charlie, as he is better known) is a member of the Zwei, a group of piloting cadets on the Liebe Delta. Despite his elite status, he is not particularly bright and rather easily intimidated. This makes him an easy target for Airs Blue and his gang, who violently interrogate him for information about the Liebel in Episode 3 and the Ryvius in subsequent episodes. He falls in love with Criff Kei, a member of Blue’s gang, after she begins to seduce him for information.
