The big bad guy with green hair appearing in the first episode. He fits the description given for Vash the Stampede. Vash was described as a “tall guy in a mohawk, and lots of henchmen” and so Descartes was mistaken for the real Vash. His weapon is a huge metal boomerang that can be fired with a mechanism.
