Keisei Tagami

Older brother of Ouri Kagami and Contracted Priest of Makina Hoshimura. He becomes Makina’s Contracted Priest to help her attain her wish for a revenge against the Shichisei, a group of undead elites, who murdered her and her family.

He has no blood relation with Ouri, but he was the one who adopted him into the orphanage (after a terrible incident.). He always tries to protect Ouri by keeping him away from knowing the truth about Shikabane Himes and many abnormal incident - but seems that the incidents keep appearing before Ouri instead.
