Another Dorssian agent. He has a bright and violent personality. He is a mood maker of troops, although he can be easily provoked. His name means H9 in German.
He secretly investigated Cain for who he is, but was found out by the latter for his eavesdropping and was eventually killed Unbeknownst to Cain. He had a special ear-ring that was able to record Cain’s revelation, which X-eins later took possession of.
