Prince Julio’s right hand advisor who also has a sexual relationship with him. She holds a great grudge against Angelise as to the events of the execution and the fact that she is a norma. She also the head of the guards.
It is later on reveled that she is actually a DRAGON in a human form who somehow was able to put Julio under her spell.
As a DRAGON her task was to spy on the Misurugi household in order to find Aura a benevolent DRAGON from her world. She also opens up singularities that allow DRAGONS to go from their world to Ange’s world.
