Suou’s twin brother. He loses his right eye due to an accident with a falling meteor core fragment, however this incident turns him into a Contractor. His power is telepathy and his remuneration is to use a wheelchair.
In the later episodes, it was revealed that his contractor powers were to create a copy of any objects, be it a living being or an inanimate object (He was born a contractor, later revealed in the series). It is somehow unclear what his actual remuneration is.
