Kira is a blond haired and likes to bully Ray. He is very bad tempered and cold-hearted to everyone but Maya, his younger brother. He left Heaven with Maya and became a Wandering Angel in order to search for his mother. He is especially rude towards Goh.

In terms of his age appearance on Earth, he is 18 years old and is 179 cm tall (5’8—5’9, if rounded off).
