Big Mama is The Boss, The Sorcerer Hunters employer, and the head of the Stellar Church. She has just as much power as Zaha does and he says that she should learn to use it too.

She sends the Sorcerer Hunters on their missions, but as good hearted as she is, she has a lot of enemies. Sometimes the Sorcerer Hunters themselves are peeved at her.
